Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of the Signicator indicator, this website, and the Chirag Pro group. They are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] under company number [COMPANY NUMBER] ("we", "us").

By buying a licence or using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the product.

What Signicator is

Signicator is an invite-only technical analysis indicator that runs inside TradingView. It scores conditions on a chart and marks them. That is the entire function.

Your licence

When you buy a plan we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Signicator for the term you paid for. The licence is granted to one TradingView username.

• A yearly plan runs for twelve months from the date access is granted.
• A lifetime plan has no end date, but remains subject to these terms and to the continued availability of the TradingView platform.
• Access is tied to your TradingView account, so it follows you to any device you sign in on.

What you may not do

• Share, lend, sell, sublicense or transfer your access to anyone else.
• Attempt to copy, decompile, reverse engineer or reconstruct the script or its logic.
• Republish, redistribute or resell the indicator, its output, or our written material.
• Use the product to build a competing product or service.
• Use any automated means to scrape or bulk-download this site.

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we reasonably believe you have done any of the above.

Payment, renewal and price changes

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency stated there. Payment is taken by our payment providers, not by us directly, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Yearly plans do not renew automatically unless the checkout states otherwise at the time of purchase. If a plan does renew automatically, we will say so before you pay and you may cancel before the renewal date. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; a price change never affects a term you have already paid for, and never affects a lifetime licence.

Getting access

Access requires your exact TradingView username. It is case sensitive. If the username you give us does not exist or is misspelled we cannot grant access until you send a correct one, and any delay caused that way is not our responsibility. Contact us and we will correct it at no charge.

The Chirag Pro group

Access to the Chirag Pro Telegram group is included with a licence. Content posted there is written by members and by our team describing their own positions and opinions. It is not advice, it is not verified by us, and you rely on it at your own risk.

We may remove anyone from the group for abuse, spam, solicitation, sharing licensed material, or posting anything unlawful. Removal from the group does not entitle you to a refund of the indicator licence.

Dependence on TradingView

Signicator runs on TradingView, which we do not own, control or represent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TradingView. If TradingView changes its platform, its rules, its pricing, or ceases to operate, the indicator may stop working in whole or in part. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but we cannot guarantee continued operation of a platform that is not ours.

Availability

We aim to keep the product and site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, or to comply with the law.

Intellectual property

The indicator, this website, its text, graphics and code remain our property or that of our licensors. Your licence does not transfer any ownership.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Signicator or reliance on anything we publish.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Termination

You may stop using the product at any time. We may end your licence if you breach these terms. On termination, your username is removed from the invite list and the script stops loading on new charts. Nothing else about your TradingView account changes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one in force, and the date below shows when it last changed. Material changes will be notified to the email address on your order where we hold one.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], and the courts of [COURTS JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction.
