Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], company number [COMPANY NUMBER]. You can reach us about privacy at [PRIVACY EMAIL].

What we collect

  • Your TradingView username. Required, because the licence is granted to it. We cannot deliver the product without it.
  • Your email address. To confirm access, send receipts, and answer support.
  • Order and payment records. Amount, currency, date, plan, and the last four digits and card type where our processor supplies them. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Support messages. Whatever you send us, including screenshots you choose to attach.
  • Telegram handle, if you join the Chirag Pro group.
  • Technical data, such as IP address, browser and pages visited, in server logs.
We never ask for your password. Not your TradingView password, not your broker or exchange login, not a seed phrase. Anyone requesting those is not us, whatever name they use.

Why we use it, and on what basis

  • To provide what you bought — username, email, order record. Basis: performance of a contract.
  • To support you — support messages, order record. Basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running a usable service.
  • To keep accounting and tax records — order and payment records. Basis: legal obligation.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse of licences — order records, technical data. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • To send product emails you asked for. Basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who need it to deliver the service:

  • Payment processors, who handle the transaction and hold the card data we never see.
  • Our hosting and email providers.
  • Telegram, if you choose to join the group. Their own privacy policy governs that.
  • Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.

Granting your licence requires adding your username to an invite list inside TradingView. TradingView's own privacy policy governs how they handle it.

Fonts and third-party requests

This site loads the Urbanist typeface from Google Fonts. That request sends your IP address to Google, which is the only third-party request the site makes. We intend to self-host the font to remove it.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage we use is strictly necessary to make the site work, for example remembering that you dismissed a notice. If that changes we will publish a cookie notice and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically six to seven years. Support correspondence is kept for up to twenty-four months. Your username stays on the invite list until the licence ends, and is removed afterwards. Server logs are rotated regularly.

Where your data is held

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time.

Write to [PRIVACY EMAIL] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

Children

This product is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.
